Job Description:
My Brand Genius is hiring an Amazon Accounts Associate to grow and optimize our clients’ ecommerce presence. You’ll use your Amazon expertise to boost sales, elevate brand visibility, and ensure a flawless customer experience, managing everything from listings to performance across the Amazon ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and optimize listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images, to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement advanced SEO strategies to rank higher in Amazon's organic search results.
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure stock availability and prevent out-of-stock scenarios.
- Analyze sales data and key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, adjust strategies, and achieve sales targets.
- Respond to customer inquiries, manage reviews, and maintain high satisfaction by providing prompt, professional support.
- Regularly monitor competitor activities, including pricing, promotions, and listing strategies, to ensure a competitive advantage.
- Strategically plan and implement promotional activities like Lightning Deals, Coupons, and other discount campaigns to boost sales.
- Ensure all activities comply with Amazon’s policies, to maintain account health.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Graduate and minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, specifically Amazon account management.
- Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central, Excel, Google Analytics, Helium10, Jungle Scout and other e-commerce analytical tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in Amazon’s platform, policies, and algorithms.
- Strong ability to interpret data and use insights to drive decision-making and strategy optimization.
- Strong communication skills for managing client relationships and reporting.
