• Execute listing strategies, keyword optimization, and A+ content⁣⁣

• Track KPIs, implement growth strategies, and coordinate with clients⁣⁣

• Manage Sponsored Ads campaigns (SP, SB, SD)⁣⁣

• Optimize ad spend, keywords, and bids to improve ACOS/ROAS⁣⁣

• Generate weekly reports and campaign insights⁣⁣

⁣⁣

𝟑. 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬 (𝐇𝐑)⁣

• Handle hiring, onboarding, and internal HR operations⁣⁣

• Manage employee records, attendance, and payroll support⁣⁣

• Conduct performance reviews and support employee engagement⁣⁣

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:⁣⁣

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field⁣⁣

• Willingness to work on-site (Khanewal Road, Multan)⁣⁣
