Business Development Executive (Client Hunt & Lead Generation on Amazon)

Xpo9tial LLP are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for sales, client acquisition, and lead generation, this is a great opportunity to grow your career while working with a team that helps brands succeed on Amazon.

In this role, your main focus will be onboarding new clients who want to start or scale their Amazon business with us. You will connect with potential clients, explain our service model, and convert them into paying clients. Once a client joins, our team handles everything from product hunting and product launch to generating sales on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new leads for Amazon services
  • Create and send 15+ personalized Loom or Vidyard outreach videos daily
  • Send a minimum of 12 videos per day (60 per week) to prospects
  • Conduct 14–18 daily follow-up calls with potential clients
  • Book at least 1 qualified client meeting per week
  • Present and explain our Amazon service solutions
  • Support the client onboarding process
  • Manage emails and schedule meetings for Sales Managers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track leads
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
  • Conduct cold calls and pitch services independently after training
  • Achieve a monthly target of 8 signed full-service client contracts

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and pitching services
  • Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to convert prospects into clients
