Patriot Crew is a fast-growing patriotic apparel brand known for high-quality products, strong customer loyalty, and a powerful presence in the marketplace. We are expanding our eCommerce operations and are looking for a data-driven, growth-focused Amazon Channel Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon channel and scale it to the next level.
Position Overview
The Amazon Channel Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to grow sales, optimize listings, manage advertising, and protect the brand on Amazon. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, analytical ability, and hands-on execution. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Leadership, and report directly to the CMO.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end management of the Amazon Seller Central account, including strategy, performance, operations, compliance, and reporting to ensure the channel meets revenue and profitability goals.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies focused on driving sales growth, improving organic ranking, increasing conversion rates, and maximizing overall channel profitability.
- Optimize product listings and brand presence by improving titles, keywords, bullet points, images, A+ content, and storefront to enhance visibility, conversion, and customer engagement.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns and advertising budgets, continuously analyzing performance metrics to improve ACOS/ROAS and scale profitable campaigns.
- Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and customer behavior to identify trends, diagnose issues, and create actionable insights, delivering regular reports to the CMO.
- Forecast inventory needs and collaborate with operations or warehouse teams to ensure proper stock levels, timely FBA replenishment, and avoidance of stockouts or excess inventory.
- Lead successful product launches, promotions, and deal strategies, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns and seasonal trends.
- Monitor, manage, and respond to customer reviews and feedback, identifying recurring issues and partnering with internal teams to improve quality and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct ongoing competitor and market research to stay ahead of trends, identify new opportunities, and adjust strategies based on market dynamics.
- Protect brand integrity and enforce marketplace policies by managing MAP compliance, removing unauthorized sellers, and maintaining consistent pricing and brand representation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central
- Proven success growing a 7-figure Amazon channel
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, and listing optimization
- Experience in inventory planning and product launch strategies
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and make decisions
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in apparel or consumer goods (preferred)
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium10, JungleScout, or similar (preferred)
