Amazon Channel Marketing Manager

With our continued growth, and expansion into the US Market, we're seeking Amazon Channel Marketing Manager to join our Brand Marketing team in our Morgantown, PA offices, located just a mile off PA Turnpike exit 298.


The Amazon Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for how Joie appears on Amazon, ensuring that PDPs, A+ content, Brand Store experiences, and on-Amazon storytelling clearly communicate product value, differentiate the brand, and drive shopper conversion.


The Amazon Channel Marketing Manager role sits within the Brand Team and partners closely with the Commercial Sales Manager, Sr. Ecommerce Manager, Sr. Trade Marketing Manager, and external Amazon agency. It does not own P&L or ad execution, but it does ensure that paid traffic lands on best‑in‑class, conversion‑ready content.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Strategy

  • Lead creation of Amazon A+ content, PDP content, and video assets, partnering with Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Creative, E-commerce, and Compliance.
  • Ensure all product detail pages are accurate, compliant, on-brand, and optimized to drive conversion.
  • Partner with internal creative team to produce best-in-class Amazon content.


Product Detail Page Optimization

  • Continuously improve Product images, Infographics, Videos, and A+ content.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, utilizing insights from reviews, Q&A, conversion trends and competitive benchmarking.


Amazon SEO

  • Manage keyword optimization and search ranking improvements.
  • Ensure listings are optimized for relevant keywords.
  • Maintain strong data hygiene across listings.


Brand Store

  • Own Joie’s Amazon Brand Store structure, content, and ongoing optimization.


Amazon Advertising

Partner with Amazon agency to:

  • Review advertising performance.
  • Prioritize ASINs based on overall business strategy.
  • Ensure creative supports ad performance, including partnering with creative to

develop unique content for Amazon ads.


Analytics, Testing & Optimization

  • Analyze product performance using Amazon Analytics, Google Analytics, and Looker.
  • Run experiments and testing on Images, Videos, A+ modules and Content structures.
  • Identify what improves conversion and scale best practices across the catalog.


Planning & Process Management

  • Create and own Amazon-specific product launch schedules.
  • Develop SOPs and creative playbooks to ensure the full marketing team is poised to deliver

for Amazon.

REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION

Education & Experience

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of Amazon marketing or e-commerce experience.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon SEO and PDP optimization and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Experience building A+ content and Amazon creative strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience is preferred.


Technology

Proficient in

  • Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Project Management software; Wrike or Asana preferred.
  • Amazon Analytics, Google Analytics and Looker.

Familiar with

  • Corporate travel systems, Navan preferred.
  • Corporate credit card expense management software, BILL Spend & Expense preferred.
  • Payroll systems, Paycom preferred.
  • Ability to quickly and proficiently learn new software with ease.

Other

As business need warrant:

  • Travel: up to 10%.
  • Ability to work extended hours which may, on occasion, include nights and weekends.
