Job Overview

WHHG Hansa is hiring a full-time Dispatcher / Delivery Associate to support our Amazon TSO-PV (Personal Vehicle) program.

This is an on-site position where you will perform both dispatch and delivery duties based on operational needs.

Schedule & Availability

• Must be available for launch times:
• 3:00 AM
• 6:00 AM
• 5:00 PM
• Operation runs 7 days per week
• Weekly schedule assigned in advance, including a mix of:
• Dispatcher shifts (on-site)
• Driver/delivery shifts (on-road)

Compensation

• Dispatcher Pay: $23.75/hour
• Driver Pay: $21.50/hour
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.40 per mile (while delivering)
• Opportunities for performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities

Dispatcher Duties (On-Site)

• Monitor routes and driver progress in real-time
• Provide support using Amazon dispatch tools and systems
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and delays
• Communicate with drivers and ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate with Amazon station personnel

Driver Duties

• Deliver Amazon packages using your personal vehicle
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
• Use the Amazon Flex app and Amazon technology
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain safe driving practices

Requirements

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – REQUIRED
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure
• Effective communication between other leaders and employees alike
• Experience with Amazon Flex app and Amazon systems preferred
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Reliable personal vehicle (for delivery shifts)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Availability to supplement or substitute other dispatchers when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Amazon DSP or Flex experience
• Previous dispatch or logistics experience
• Comfortable using mobile apps, GPS, and routing tools
