Amazon Dispatcher for Delivery Company-R 2 Logistics LLC

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Amazon Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 30 to 50 drivers daily. Must have prior or current Amazon delivery driver AND dispatch experience and knowledge on how to use cortex system. Must have knowledge of proper delivery protocol. Duties
-Job is located in Staten Island

- Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently
- Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
- Handle freight with care to prevent damage
- Utilize Netradyne and cortex systems for navigation and tracking
- Maintain phone etiquette when interacting with customers
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Analyze logistics to optimize delivery processes

Requirements
- Amazon delivery experience for year + and Dispatch experience Required
- Familiarity with Cortex operations is Required
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
- Knowledge of logistics principles
- Ability to perform data entry accurately
- Analytical skills to analyze delivery processes for improvements

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.75 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 45.0 per week
