Job Description: Amazon & eCommerce Admin Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon & eCommerce Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our online business platforms. The ideal candidate will assist in managing product listings, monitoring sales performance, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth operations across Amazon and other eCommerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listings & Content Management

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and images) on Amazon and other eCommerce platforms.
  • Monitor product visibility and ensure listings comply with platform policies.

Order & Inventory Management

  • Assist in tracking orders, returns, and refunds across eCommerce channels.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure inventory accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify relevant teams for replenishment.

Customer Service Support

  • Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Track customer feedback and reviews, and coordinate with the team for necessary actions.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, product rankings, and campaign results.
  • Assist in analyzing trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Support the eCommerce team in promotions, campaigns, and pricing updates.
  • Maintain organized records of listings, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
  • Coordinate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in eCommerce administration, preferably with Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central.
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, online sales processes, and digital tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of eCommerce analytics tools is a plus.

Good communication skills (written and verbal).
