Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, energetic, and deeply experienced **E-Commerce & Multi-Channel Operations Specialist** to join our growing team onsite at our DHA Phase 6, Karachi office.

This is **not** an entry-level position. You will take complete ownership of product hunting, listing management, and multi-channel fulfillment across major US marketplaces.

Strict Conflict of Interest Policy:

This is a rigorous, full-time commitment. Candidates who are currently managing external client accounts, running parallel remote freelancing gigs, or working with agency contracts **will not be considered**. We require 100% focus during your shift.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Product Hunting:

Conduct deep-dive product research and hunting on Alibaba and other global wholesale B2B platforms, with a laser focus on high-yield, local USA market demands.

Multi-Marketplace Listing Management: Efficiently create, optimize, and manage high-converting product listings across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, and TikTok Shop.

Fulfillment & Logistics Oversight:

Flawlessly execute and manage **FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant), and Dropshipping** fulfillment models.

Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF):

Sync and optimize inventory across multiple platforms utilizing automated multi-channel fulfillment software to ensure seamless order processing and zero stock-outs.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**

Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years of proven, hands-on experience managing multi-channel US e-commerce stores.

Sourcing Mastery:

Proven track record of hunting winning products and negotiating with suppliers on Alibaba and alternative B2B platforms.

Technical Proficiency:

Deep understanding of multi-channel integration tools (e.g., Veeqo, inkFrog, or similar inventory management software).

Adaptability:

Complete mastery over standard e-commerce models: FBA, FBM, and dropshipping compliance rules.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills suited for coordinating with US suppliers or support teams.

Job Logistics & Constraints

* **Location:** Must be able to commute daily to our physical office in **DHA Phase 6, Karachi**.

* **Timings:** 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. (Aligned with US operational hours).

* **No Remote / No Freelancers:** This position is **strictly onsite**. If you are looking for hybrid or remote flexibility, please do not apply.
