About the Role:

We are seeking a high-performance Amazon Growth Manager to aggressively scale Amazon business operations across Vendor Central and Seller Central in GCC and international markets.

This role is designed for an experienced Amazon specialist who understands the platform inside out — including algorithm mechanics, advertising scale, vendor negotiations, cross-border expansion, and structured revenue growth strategy.

Candidates must demonstrate proven success in scaling Amazon businesses with clear short-term execution plans and long-term international expansion roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

· Amazon Account Management: Drive Vendor Central and Seller Central operations across GCC and key international marketplaces.

· Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement structured 0–6 month tactical growth plans and 1–3 year expansion strategies focused on revenue acceleration, ranking improvement, and margin optimization.

· Vendor Central Operations: Manage cost negotiations, promotional planning, AVN requests, co-op programs, chargeback control, forecasting accuracy, and retail relationship management.

· Seller Central & FBA Management: Oversee FBA/FBM models, buy box strategy, pricing architecture, inventory health, listing optimization, and reimbursement claims.

· Amazon Advertising Management: Plan and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns with clear ACOS and TACOS performance benchmarks.

· International Expansion: Drive cross-border growth initiatives including UK and other global marketplaces, ensuring compliance, localization strategy, and scalable export execution.

· Performance Tracking: Monitor and improve KPIs including revenue growth %, conversion rate, inventory turns, advertising efficiency, and category ranking performance.

· Marketplace Expansion: Build a phased roadmap to expand export-focused online growth beyond Amazon into additional international platforms.

· Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure campaign readiness, inventory availability, and consistent brand positioning.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Experience: 8–15 years of Amazon-focused experience with hands-on Vendor Central and Seller Central management.

· Proven Growth Record: Demonstrated success in scaling brands to multi-million revenue levels on Amazon with measurable performance improvements.

· International Exposure: Experience managing Amazon across GCC and international markets with cross-border operational understanding.

· Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of Amazon algorithm, ranking mechanics, advertising structures, pricing strategy, and operational frameworks.

· Negotiation Capability: Experience working directly with Amazon retail/category managers and managing commercial discussions.

· Industry Preference: Experience in consumer goods or durable product categories preferred.

Skills:

· Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability.

· Advanced forecasting and performance optimization skills.

· Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management ability.

· Highly target-driven with structured execution discipline.

· Ability to build scalable Amazon growth frameworks for international expansion.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
