Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Amazon & Flipkart Marketplace Specialist who can manage, optimize, and grow sales across both platforms. This role requires strong understanding of catalog management, ads, pricing, and operations on Amazon and Flipkart. Key Responsibilities * Marketplace Management * End-to-end management of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub * Product listing creation, optimization, and troubleshooting * Manage variations, attributes, category mapping, and compliance * Handle account health, tickets, and escalations Sales & Growth * Optimize product listings for search ranking & conversion * Plan and execute Amazon Ads & Flipkart Ads * Monitor and improve ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates * Manage deals, offers, lightning deals, and festive sales * Competitor analysis and pricing strategy Operations & Inventory * Inventory planning and stock management * Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams * Monitor order fulfillment, returns, and cancellations * Ensure SLA adherence and reduce penalties Analytics & Reporting * Track daily/weekly sales, ad spend, and profitability * Prepare performance reports and insights * Identify growth opportunities using data Requirements * Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub * Good understanding of SEO for marketplace listings * Experience with Amazon PPC & Flipkart Ads * Knowledge of pricing, buy box, and ranking factors * Ability to handle multiple SKUs efficiently
