Amazon Marketplace SpecialistJob Overview
We are looking for an Amazon Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon store. This person will handle all Amazon-related operations, including listing creation, product optimization, inventory management, advertising, customer service, and performance monitoring.
Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Store Management
- Manage Amazon Seller Central account daily.
- Create, optimize, and update product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords).
- Monitor product performance, pricing, Buy Box, and competitor activity.
Inventory & Order Management
- Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking.
- Manage FBA shipments: label, prepare, and send inventory to Amazon warehouses.
- Resolve stranded inventory and listing suppression issues.
Advertising (Amazon PPC)
- Create and manage Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust bids/keywords.
- Optimize campaigns to reduce ACOS and increase ROI.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer messages and resolve issues professionally.
- Handle returns, refunds, and customer complaints.
- Maintain positive seller ratings and metrics.
Reporting & Optimization
- Analyze sales reports and performance metrics.
- Identify growth opportunities, new keywords, and trends.
- Troubleshoot Amazon policy warnings, account health issues, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Amazon FBA.
- Strong understanding of Amazon listings, SEO, PPC, and product ranking.
- Knowledge of inventory management and e-commerce operations.
- Good analytical skills for data and sales reports.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design (for listing images/A+ content).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, eBay, Walmart, etc.
