We are looking to include new team members who will support our cross-border e-commerce consultancy projects and take responsibility in the development of new projects in our office located in Uskudar, Istanbul.
E-Com Group is a performance-driven e-commerce consultancy specializing in Amazon and Walmart marketplaces. We help brands grow sales, improve profitability, and scale sustainably. As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a Strategic Account Lead who will take ownership of growth, profitability, and marketing strategy across both existing and new client accounts.
🎯 What you'll do?
1. Existing Accounts – Growth & Profitability Strategy
Develop strategies for low-performing or unprofitable products by conducting:
✔️In-depth market and competitor analysis
✔️Detailed profitability and cost analysis (FBA fees, advertising, logistics, commissions, etc.)
Create strategic roadmaps covering:
✔️Pricing, product positioning, PPC alignment, and content strategy
✔️Provide structured insights, analysis, and data to support:
✔️PPC and Account Manager teams in execution
✔️Actively contribute to strategy development where needed
2. Marketing & Growth Strategy
Define marketplace-focused marketing strategies, including:
✔️PPC-aligned growth and scaling approaches
✔️Strategic structuring of listings, A+ Content, Brand Stores, and promotions
Analyze the impact of marketing activities on:
✔️Sales performance, profitability, and brand visibility
✔️Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall growth and profitability goals
3. New Clients – Market Entry Strategy
✔Lead the development of market entry and growth strategies for newly onboarded clients
✔Ensure strategies are clearly communicated and integrated into the execution teams
✔Monitor adherence to defined strategies and track performance outcomes
✔Report results and provide optimization and improvement recommendations
💫 What you'll Bring?
✔ Strong strategic experience in Amazon marketplaces (Walmart experience is a plus)
✔ Proven ability in competitor analysis, market analysis, and profitability modeling
✔ Solid understanding of marketing, PPC, and sales dynamics within marketplaces
✔ Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
✔ Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
✔ Ability to work cross-functionally and guide execution teams
✔Prior experience in e-commerce or marketplace-focused roles
