• Night shift: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Pakistan Time)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Strong spoken English communication is required, as you will be working directly with native English-speaking team members in a professional environment
• This is not a remote or hybrid position

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a highly detail-oriented and process-driven Amazon Operations Specialist to join our on-site team in Faisalabad.

Role Overview
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will manage the full lifecycle of launching and maintaining products on Amazon.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, process-driven, and able to consistently execute multi-step tasks without missing details.

Key Responsibilities

Product Setup & Catalog Management

• Add new products using supplier data, including UPC, product name, case pack, and cost
• Create bundle SKUs and ensure accurate product structure

Amazon Listing Creation

• Upload listings via flat files in Seller Central
• Ensure listings go live correctly and resolve errors

Inventory Planning & Purchase Orders

• Calculate inventory requirements for product launches
• Create and manage purchase orders with suppliers

Reordering & Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels and avoid stockouts or overstock
• Analyze sales data to determine reorder quantities

Marketing Coordination

• Coordinate with marketing for images, copy, and A+ content
• Track progress and follow up to ensure timely execution

System & Process Management

• Follow structured processes consistently
• Identify and resolve issues in listings, inventory, or data

Requirements

Must Have

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, with listing creation required and flat file experience preferred
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow step-by-step processes consistently

Work Environment & Commitment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
