About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Amazon Performance Marketing professional to lead our US market expansion and drive profitable growth through strategic advertising and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Optimize product listings with keywords, and analyze sales data to improve conversions
- Monitor performance metrics (e.g., ROI, CPA, ROAS, ACoS)
- Develop and execute Amazon SEO strategies
- Manage advertising budgets and forecast performance
- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends
- A/B test product listings, images, and ad creative
- Coordinate with Amazon account management and logistics teams
- Report on KPIs and provide actionable insights
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years Amazon advertising experience (US marketplace)
- Proven track record managing $20k+ monthly ad spend
- Expert knowledge of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central
- Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, AMZScout
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
- Experience with card games/toys/consumer products (preferred)
- US market knowledge and timezone availability

Pay: ₹306,547.60 - ₹1,516,488.26 per year
