We are looking for a highly analytical, data-driven, and results-focused Amazon PPC Manager to manage and scale advertising campaigns across multiple brands on Amazon. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, advanced keyword strategies, budgets, bid optimizations, and full-funnel Amazon Advertising.
This role requires someone who understands Amazon’s algorithm deeply, is confident with numbers, and knows how to scale profitably.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & Optimization
- Create, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (SP, SB, SD)
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis & market insights
- Optimize bids, budgets, placements, and targeting to maximize ROAS
- Expand profitable campaigns and prune wasteful spend
- Manage campaign structures for both new launches and mature ASINs
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze performance metrics: ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, CPC, Impressions
- Provide daily/weekly reports on performance, insights, and actionable recommendations
- Track TACOS across brand portfolios and adjust strategies based on inventory and ranking goals
Launch & Ranking Support
- Build launch PPC funnels for new products
- Coordinate PPC efforts with ranking, giveaways, external traffic & keyword velocity
- Utilize advanced techniques to push products to Page 1
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Listing team
- Creative/graphics team
- Catalog & compliance
- Inventory and supply chain
- Help ensure ads align with listings, creatives, and stock availability
Advanced PPC Responsibilities
- Manage Sponsored Brand Video, Brand Store campaigns, and Display retargeting
- Build custom audience campaigns (views, purchases, remarketing)
- Use bulk sheets and bid rules for large-scale management
- Monitor search term reports and implement negative targeting strategies
- Monitor ranking, indexing, and keyword movements
Requirements
- 2–5+ years experience running Amazon PPC campaigns
- Proven track record working on high-spend accounts (>$100k–$5M/month)
- Strong analytical skills & Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience with tools like:
- Helium10
- Pacvue / Perpetua (optional but a plus)
- Data Dive
- SellerTools
- Deep understanding of Amazon Ads algorithm and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple brands and marketplaces simultaneously
- Fast, responsive, proactive, and highly organized
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of organic ranking strategies
- Familiarity with DSP (Amazon Demand-Side Platform)
- Experience in international marketplaces (US, UK, EU, CA)
- Ability to forecast budgets and predict ad outcomes
- Creative mindset for Sponsored Brand creatives and video briefs
