Job Description:

Extreme Branding is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Amazon Project Manager to join our growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end Amazon projects, ensuring smooth execution across multiple brands, and driving performance through structured workflows, clear timelines, and effective team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end Amazon projects across multiple accounts and brands

2- Create structured workflows, timelines, and task management systems to ensure efficient execution

3- Manage and track tasks using project management tools (e.g., Asana) to ensure deadlines are met

4- Coordinate cross-functional teams including PPC, SEO, Design, and Sourcing for seamless collaboration

5- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions proactively

6- Ensure all deliverables, updates, and deadlines are met without delays

7- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and provide regular project updates

8- Develop and improve SOPs, processes, and operational systems to enhance efficiency and scalability

9- Ensure all Amazon-related activities align with business goals and performance targets

Requirements:

1- Proven experience in project management within Amazon/eCommerce environments

2- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central operations and workflows

3- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello)

4- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

5- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

6- Strong communication and team coordination abilities

7- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and execution
