Amazon Reinstatement Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Amazon Reinstatement Specialist who understands Amazon's policies, can identify root causes of account issues and knows how to create compelling appeals that deliver results.

In this role, you'll work closely with our team to resolve account suspensions, listing deactivations, intellectual property complaints and other seller performance issues across Amazon marketplaces.

What You'll Be Doing

• Investigating account suspensions, policy violations and listing restrictions.
• Preparing and submitting high-quality Plans of Action (POAs).
• Communicating with Amazon Seller Performance and Support teams.
• Managing appeals for account, ASIN, and listing reinstatements.
• Monitoring account health and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
• Identifying preventative measures to reduce future account risks.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience handling Amazon reinstatement cases.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and account health metrics.
• Experience with suspension appeals, IP complaints, authenticity claims, and policy violations.
• Excellent written communication and problem solving skills.
