Amazon Relay Load Board Dispatcher

Delve Intermodal is seeking an experienced Amazon Dispatcher to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Amazon Relay loads, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily Amazon Relay load board operations
• Book, assign, and monitor Amazon loads through the Relay platform
• Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
• Track and update load statuses in real time
• Resolve scheduling issues and maintain compliance with Amazon’s performance metrics

Requirements:

• Proven experience dispatching Amazon Relay loads (mandatory)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with TMS systems and load tracking tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple drivers
