- Managing and growing the company’s product sales on Amazon and other relevant online marketplaces
- Creating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images
- Developing and executing strategies to increase sales volume, conversion rates, and product visibility
- Managing Amazon Seller Central operations, including inventory, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment (FBA/FBM)
- Planning and running Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.) to drive profitable sales
- Monitoring sales performance, advertising spend, margins, and key KPIs, and optimizing accordingly
- Conducting market and competitor research to identify pricing strategies, product gaps, and growth opportunities
- Managing customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to maintain strong seller performance metrics
- Coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels and avoid out-of-stock situations
- Handling Amazon policies, compliance requirements, and resolving account or listing issues
- Preparing regular performance reports and sales forecasts for management
- Identifying opportunities to expand into new online channels or marketplaces as the business grows
