Amazon Seller Account Specialist (PL Experience Required)
We are looking for an Amazon Seller Account Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Private Label (PL).
This position is strictly for candidates with relevant Amazon Seller Central experience.
Requirements:
- Platform Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including backend operations and account health management.
- Strong expertise in product listing creation, listing optimization, storefront creation, and communication with Amazon Support.
- Familiarity with Amazon tools and AI-based tools used for research, optimization, and automation.
- Energetic, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
- Trustworthy, transparent, and interested in building a long-term working relationship.
- Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet access at all times.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be assigned a specific niche within the office products category and will be fully responsible for managing that niche.
- Account Management: Monitor and improve the overall health of the Amazon seller account, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and performance standards.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to orders, listings, and account performance.
- Product Listing & Catalog Management: Create new product listings and optimize content for improved visibility and sales performance.
- PPC Management: In-depth knowledge of Amazon PPC campaigns, including setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
