Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Amazon UK Account Executive to manage, optimize, and scale our Amazon UK marketplace operations. This role requires hands-on expertise in Amazon SEO, PPC campaign management, FBA operations, and account performance growth.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience driving sales growth, improving organic rankings, reducing ACoS, and managing end-to-end Amazon Seller Central operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale Amazon UK Seller Central / Vendor Central accounts
- Create, optimize, and maintain high-converting Amazon product listings (SEO titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords)
- Conduct advanced keyword research using Amazon tools and third-party platforms
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ACoS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue growth
- Ensure account health, policy compliance, and performance standards are maintained
- Manage FBA shipment planning, stock forecasting, and inventory control
- Perform competitor research, pricing analysis, and market positioning
- Oversee customer communication, reviews, and feedback management
- Coordinate with design and content teams for enhanced product images and A+ Content
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience managing Amazon UK marketplace accounts
- Strong expertise in Amazon SEO, PPC strategy, and listing optimization
- Hands-on experience with Seller Central and FBA operations
- Deep understanding of Amazon policies, compliance, and account health metrics
- Experience managing multiple SKUs across various categories
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
- Excellent English communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience launching and scaling new products on Amazon UK
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar platforms
- Background in eCommerce or digital marketing
- Proven ability to scale campaigns while improving profitability
