Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant with a proven track record of managing and scaling Amazon seller accounts. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of professional Amazon VA experience managing eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and similar marketplaces, and can provide a strong portfolio showcasing measurable results (e.g., sales growth, ACoS reduction, ranking improvements).

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings across multiple platforms (titles, descriptions, keywords)
• Conduct product research and competitor analysis
• Handle inventory planning, forecasting, and order management
• Monitor account health and resolve policy or listing issues
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and sales strategies
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years eCommerce experience with proven results
• Strong portfolio showcasing achievements
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
