Amazon VA Junior

We are looking for a Junior Amazon Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team of professionals and support our growing Amazon business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in updating the brand store on Amazon with new products and promotions.
• Help optimize product listings for Amazon SEO, PPC, and improved visibility.
• Support the team in tracking product performance and sales trends.
• Help manage campaigns and account activities, including product listings, pricing, and promotions, under guidance.
• Assist in researching competitors and brands to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback and report issues to the senior team for resolution.
• Help maintain the brand’s presence on Amazon to ensure it is attractive and visible to customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or ICS
• 1+ year of experience in Amazon marketplace management.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling product listings and advertising copy.
• Familiarity with online marketing, e-commerce principles, and best practices.
• Passion for e-commerce and desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Bonus: Holding an Amazon Private Label certificate is highly advantageous.

• Office Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, 5 days a week
