Amazon Vendor Central Expert – Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Vendor Central Expert to manage and optimise our Amazon Vendor Central operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in catalogue management, purchase orders, chargebacks, inventory planning, and Amazon retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Vendor Central account operations
- Handle purchase orders, shortages, chargebacks, and operational issues
- Optimise product listings, A+ Content, and catalogue accuracy
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment planning
- Manage Amazon cases and communicate with Vendor Managers
- Analyse sales, profitability, and account performance
- Support promotional activity and Amazon advertising campaigns
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and operational requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience with Amazon Vendor Central
- Strong understanding of Amazon retail and supply chain processes
- Experience managing chargebacks, shortages, and catalogue issues
- Knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimisation
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
- Experience across UK, EU, or US marketplaces
- Familiarity with Amazon Advertising and A+ Content
- Knowledge of forecasting and inventory management

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
