Amazon Virtual Assistant – Product Hunting, Sourcing & Brand Outreach

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with product hunting, supplier sourcing, and brand outreach for Amazon Private Label or Wholesale models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product hunting and market research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, etc.
• Identify profitable, low-competition products
• Supplier and manufacturer sourcing (Alibaba, local suppliers, distributors)
• Brand and supplier outreach via email and other channels
• Price negotiation and MOQ discussion with suppliers
• Analyze product profitability, demand, and competition
• Maintain organized reports and product research sheets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Amazon VA (PL or Wholesale)
• Strong product research and sourcing skills
• Experience with brand/supplier outreach
• Knowledge of Amazon fees, FBA, and profit calculations
• Familiar with Amazon tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa)
• Good written English and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and results-driven

Nice to Have:

• Experience launching Private Label products
• Understanding of Amazon policies
• Experience with U.S. or international suppliers
