3D Interior and

Exterior Designer

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D interior & exterior design visuals

Develop realistic 3D renderings for residential & commercial projects

Prepare space planning, layouts & design concepts

Work closely with project

managers & site teams

Modify designs as per client’s

feedback

Prepare 3D walkthroughs &

presentations

Coordinate with fit-out &

execution teams

Ensure timely delivery of all 3D design work

Qualification:

Minimum 4–5 years experience in Oman (Mandatory)

Strong knowledge of 3D Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD

Experience in interior design & fit-out projects

Good understanding of materials, lighting & textures

Creative thinking & attention to detail

Ability to meet tight deadlines

Team player with professional

attitude

Portfolio is Mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RO150.000 per month
