What You’ll Be Doing

• Consult with New Patients: Build strong rapport, understand health goals, and help patients feel heard and supported.
• Present Customized Care Plans: Confidently explain treatment recommendations, handle questions and objections, and guide patients to commit to care.
• Coordinate Finances: Clearly explain payment options and assist with financing plans for non-insurance programs (typically $1,500–$3,000).
• Support Daily Operations: Assist with scheduling, simple therapies (training provided), and front-desk tasks to keep things running smoothly.
