मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:

• मरीजों का परिवहन:
• मरीजों को अस्पताल, चिकित्सा सुविधाओं या घरों तक सुरक्षित रूप से ले जाना।
• मरीजों को चढ़ाने और उतारने में सहायता करना और उनकी सुरक्षा और आराम सुनिश्चित करना।
• आपातकालीन प्रतिक्रिया:
• आपातकालीन कॉल का तुरंत जवाब देना और पूर्व-निर्धारित या सबसे तेज़ मार्ग का अनुसरण करना।
• मार्ग और मरीज की जरूरतों के बारे में डिस्पैच टीम के साथ संचार बनाए रखना।
• वाहन का रखरखाव:
• नियमित रूप से एम्बुलेंस की जांच करना ताकि वह उत्कृष्ट स्थिति में रहे।
• ईंधन, तेल, टायर प्रेशर और अन्य आवश्यक सिस्टम की रोजाना जांच करना।
• किसी भी वाहन समस्या की तुरंत रिपोर्ट करना और मरम्मत का समन्वय करना।
• सुरक्षा और अनुपालन:
• यातायात नियमों, सड़क सुरक्षा विनियमों और कंपनी के प्रोटोकॉल का सख्ती से पालन करना।
• एम्बुलेंस में सभी चिकित्सा उपकरण और आपूर्ति को कार्यशील स्थिति में सुनिश्चित करना।
• दस्तावेजीकरण:
• यात्रा का सटीक रिकॉर्ड रखना, जिसमें माइलेज, ईंधन उपयोग और मरीजों का विवरण शामिल है।
• हर शिफ्ट के बाद या आवश्यकतानुसार रिपोर्ट जमा करना।
• पेशेवर आचरण:
• मरीजों और उनके परिवारों के साथ करुणा और व्यावसायिकता का प्रदर्शन करना।
• गोपनीयता बनाए रखना और मरीज की निजता का सम्मान करना।

योग्यता और आवश्यकताएं:

• वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस और साफ-सुथरा ड्राइविंग रिकॉर्ड (अनिवार्य)।
• एम्बुलेंस या अन्य आपातकालीन वाहनों को चलाने का अनुभव (वांछनीय)।
• स्थानीय मार्गों और यातायात पैटर्न की जानकारी।
• प्राथमिक चिकित्सा का बुनियादी ज्ञान (प्रमाणन हो तो बेहतर)।
• दबाव वाली परिस्थितियों में शांत और केंद्रित रहने की क्षमता।
• जरूरत पड़ने पर मरीजों की मदद करने के लिए शारीरिक रूप से फिट।
• शिफ्ट में काम करने की लचीलापन, जिसमें रात और सप्ताहांत शामिल हैं।

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and skilled Ambulance Driver to join our team at Medulance. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing safe, timely, and efficient transportation for patients while ensuring the ambulance is well-maintained and ready for emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Transportation:
• Safely transport patients to hospitals, medical facilities, or homes.
• Assist in loading and unloading patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Emergency Response:
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and follow pre-determined routes or the quickest alternative route to the destination.
• Maintain communication with the dispatch team for updates on routes and patient needs.
• Vehicle Maintenance:
• Regularly inspect the ambulance to ensure it is in excellent working condition.
• Check fuel, oil, tire pressure, and other essential systems daily.
• Report any vehicle issues immediately and coordinate repairs as necessary.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Strictly adhere to traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company protocols.
• Ensure all medical equipment and supplies in the ambulance are in working order.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate trip records, including mileage, fuel usage, and patient details.
• Submit reports to the supervisor after each shift or as required.
• Professional Conduct:
• Exhibit compassion and professionalism when dealing with patients and their families.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (mandatory).
• Experience in driving ambulances or other emergency vehicles is preferred.
• Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns.
• Basic knowledge of first aid (certification is a plus).
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
• Strong physical fitness to assist patients when needed.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
