Responsibilities:
- Collect samples at scheduled intervals from each assigned machine. Perform the necessary Quality / SPC testing procedures on samples. Utilize tools, gauges, and other inspection equipment to obtain product specification data.

Accurately record information consistent with the department format.

Communicate with Process and Printing Technicians as well as Leadership in an effort to run a consistent quality product.

Follow all departmental procedures with respect to routine daily assignments. All workstation areas will be maintained in a neat and orderly manner.

Place nonconforming product on QA hold.

Adhere to all company and departmental procedures.

Assist in training as needed.

Assist with calibration.

Assist with any special projects.

Follow all Safety, Food Safety, and GMP’s.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
-
Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English.
-
Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs.
-
Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and making repetitious motions.

Minimum corrected/uncorrected vision of 20/40.
-
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.

Capable of maintaining an attendance record within company guidelines and working required overtime.

Inspection experience preferred with excellent communication and documentation skills.
-
Color vision within normal limits (according to Ishihara Screen Test).
-
Capable of performing measurements with indicators, calipers, and ability to detect attribute defects.

Basic understanding of SPC, AQL, sampling plans, and familiar with Thermoforming.

Strong basic computer skills including Word and Excel.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and decision-making skills.
