Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes

Provide HR advisory support to stakeholders and employeesRequirements

Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and HR Operations

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; MBA preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Proficiency in HR reporting, documentation, and data management
