Qualification- B. Tech (Civil)

Experience: 10 – 12 years

Job Requirement

• Should have functioned in the capacity of managing a medium scale construction projects.
• Good Knowledge in civil, structure and interior finishing work and preferably experience on interior.
• Good leadership, communication skills written and verbal.
• Experience in residential, commercial, township projects.
• Must have knowledge in preparing estimation, billing, quantity take offs from drawings, analysis of rates in BOQ, checking quantities, and inspecting work at site.
• Responsible for the study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.
