AMER - Customer Service Executive (arabic)

Job description

  • Providing introductory information to new customers
  • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with services
  • Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases
  • Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
  • Troubleshooting common issues with a service
  • Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions

Requirements:

  • Preference to Amer typist or Amer customer service experience
  • Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Proficient standard office equipment skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Available to work morning or evening shift
  • location : DIP 1- Dubai

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
