- Greets visitors and manages the front desk
- Helps customers understand which service they need (visa renewal, Emirates ID, residency, etc.)
- Issues queue tokens or directs them to the right counter
- Answers basic questions about processes and required documents
- Handles phone calls and general inquiries
Skills usually required:
- Good communication (Arabic + English mandatory)
- Customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Professional appearance and behavior
