Your role

Are you able to handle multiple priorities (tactical and strategic)? Do you have the proven ability to analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights?

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to:

  • develop and maintain reports, scorecards, and visualizations across AML taxonomy to support decision making and demonstrate ongoing execution of governance framework and escalations.
  • actively manage large data sets related to key initiatives and issue oversight to support development and progress tracking of remediation plans, implementation of enhanced controls, and ongoing sustainability measures.
  • provide input and cross-functional coordination to facilitate thorough and timely fulfillment of internal audit and external regulatory requests.
  • leverage data-based insights to produce accurate, impactful materials and stakeholder updates for presentation to a variety of senior audiences.
  • manage ongoing engagement with Digital partners to assure strong governance over changes to AML-relevant systems and tools.
  • collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • support broader governance function with analysis on client and product data to identify and develop opportunities to improve end-to-end process efficiency, execution quality, and enhance oversight.

Your team

You'll be joining our Business AML Organization (BAMLO) team, which focuses on driving strategy, implementation, and oversight for the AML program within the US Wealth Management business. This role is based out of Weehawken. We work collaboratively with our business partners, WM field leadership, and Compliance partners to ensure that our Financial Advisors serve their clients in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Your expertise

  • excellent data management skills; ability to analyze raw data and derive clear and actionable insights.
  • strong ability to gather, consolidate and synthesize information from various sources and produce clear, impactful materials for presentation to a variety of audiences.
  • strong technical skills with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access); Proficiency in Visio or Tableau/Power BI a plus.
  • highly organized with ability to manage team to complete deliverables on time across multiple, evolving business priorities; excellent attention to detail.
  • experience in wealth management and/or a good understanding of operational processes in financial services is a plus
