Ammonium Plant Operator / Facility Technician

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Ammonium Plant Operator cum Facility Technician to join our team. The role involves overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the ammonium plant while also performing facility maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge of plant operations, safety protocols, and general maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor ammonium plant equipment and systems to ensure smooth production.
• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of plant machinery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Record and maintain operational logs, reports, and performance data.
• Support facility maintenance activities including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions, alarms, or emergencies.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to maintain continuous operations.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field.
• Prior experience in chemical plant operations or facility maintenance is preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and emergency procedures.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
