AM/PM Bistro Attendant

We are looking for an AM and/or PM Bistro Attendant to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests four days a week. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and be able to provide friendly and courteous service. Responsibilities include prepping quick service food items, setting up the restaurant area, placing guests' orders at a kiosk, preparing and serving coffee, heating and serving premade items, and ensuring that all areas are kept clean and tidy. Shift start time is 5am for AM shift. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing guests with information about the hotel amenities and services.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Prepare breakfast items according to customer orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Bistro area.
• Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure that all food is served at the correct temperature.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces and equipment used for food preparation.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
