Line Cooks are responsible for a little bit of everything in the kitchen. Line cooks must be reliable, hard working, and have the ability to cook in a fast-paced environment, and must possess great customer service skills.
Responsibilities include:
- The preparation of high quality meals in a timely, efficient, sanitary & consistent manner

Remaining on ones’ feet for extended periods of time.

Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Be prepared to work as a team member and follow all safety procedures

Have a high threshold for heat in a kitchen environment

Follow recipes, portion controls & presentation specifications

Properly use & maintain all equipment in the station

Cleaning, sanitation & organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers & storage areas

The ability to lift up to 35 lb

Follow daily cleaning calendar tasks

Works well with limited supervision

Perform additional duties as requested

Cash and credit card handling
-
Take and write ticket orders from the guest.

Other duties as assigned.

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to work either AM or PM shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
