Am/Pm Line Cook

Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and motivated AM/PM Line Cooks to join our team.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items correctly during assigned AM or PM shifts, maintaining consistency and quality.
• Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are adhered to, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Maintain proper knife skills and safety in the kitchen.
• Light prep work

Requirements

• Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant is highly preferred.
• Strong culinary experience with proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• PM cook will need to be able to close the kitchen down at the end of service.
• Weekends and holidays are a must.
• ServSafe certification a plus.
• Be dependable and a team player.

Pay: $18.00 - $27.19 per hour

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Lancaster, PA 17601 (Required)
