Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through the hot pot dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and presentation standards are met
• Assist guests with food handling, safety protocols, and proper use of hot pot equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and managing waste effectively
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and food safety practices as needed

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining or high-volume settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and billing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and restaurant revenue
• Experience with serving in nightclub or hospitality settings is a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth service flow
