Anaesthesia Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Anaesthesia Specialist to join our growing One Day Surgery Hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in perioperative anesthesia care, patient safety, and day surgery procedures within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Salary
Salary package will be based on experience, qualifications, licensing status, and surgical exposure in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective anesthesia services for surgical procedures
• Conduct pre-operative patient assessments and anesthesia planning
• Monitor patients during procedures and ensure post-anesthesia recovery management
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and OT teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, patient safety standards, and hospital protocols
• Participate in emergency response and critical care situations when required
• Support quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives

Requirements

• Medical Degree with specialization in Anesthesiology
• DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as Anaesthesia Specialist
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in hospitals or day surgery centers
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols, patient monitoring, and pain management
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a multidisciplinary environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Day Surgery / Ambulatory Surgical Centers
• UAE healthcare experience preferred
• Advanced airway management and sedation experience
