What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Spanish-speaking Business Analysts and Content Specialists creating AI training content
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
• Conduct quality assurance reviews, refine processes, and continuously improve team efficiency
• Provide structured performance feedback, coaching, and professional development to team members
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular updates and insights
• Guide the creation of business case studies, analytical scenarios, and structured content across domains including finance, economics, e-commerce, and policy — in both Spanish and English
  
  

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish with professional-level English
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading teams
• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, finance, or domain-focused research
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to assess logical soundness and factual accuracy
• Skilled at giving clear, constructive feedback and detailed written annotations
• Creative thinker who can approach complex business problems from multiple angles
• Excellent communicator who works well across distributed, cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent experience

• Master's degree or advanced qualification in a business-related discipline
• Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance workflows
• Background in case study writing, academic content, or research publications
