We are seeking an experienced
"Analysis (Quality Control) Solution Partner"
with a strong background in chemistry and analytical sciences to lead day-to-day quality control activities across multiple sites operating on a 24/7 basis.
The role combines hands-on technical expertise, team leadership, and ISO 9001 quality system ownership, with direct responsibility for customer feedback management and continuous improvement actions in an international industrial environment.
What you'll you do:

Lead, organize, and prioritize daily quality control workflows in a multi-site, 24/7 operational context

Manage and supervise a QC team (size to be defined), ensuring workload balance, technical support, and performance development

Act as the technical reference for complex analytical and quality-related issues

Oversee analytical chemistry and physico-chemical testing activities (raw materials, intermediates, finished products)
-
Ensure robustness, repeatability, and reliability of analytical methods
-
Analyze process deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and trends
-
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, including documentation, procedures, records, and audits
-
Maintain and continuously improve QC-related documentation (SOPs, work instructions, reports)
-
Support internal and external audits and contribute to corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Lead the evaluation, investigation, and follow-up of customer complaints
-
Coordinate root cause analyses and define corrective actions in collaboration with production, R&D, and other functions

Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality performance and customer satisfaction

Work closely with production, R&D, supply chain, and quality assurance teams

Operate effectively in an international environment, with professional use of English on a daily basis
What do we need:

Master’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Physico-Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality control, analytical laboratories, or industrial quality functions

Proven experience in team coordination or leadership

Demonstrated hands-on experience with ISO 9001 quality systems in an industrial setting

Fluent English (written and spoken) required, additional languages are a plus
-
Strong background in analytical chemistry and physico-chemical analysis
-
Solid understanding of industrial quality processes and deviation management
-
Experience with customer complaint handling and root cause analysis
-
Strong process-oriented and ownership mindset
