We're Looking for an Analyst to Join Our Team!

Are you a data detective who loves to uncover insights? Do you thrive on seeing how your analysis helps clients get the most out of their marketing investment? We're seeking an Analyst to join our team and help us drive success for our clients through smart, data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do

Your mission is to support our clients' marketing efforts by transforming raw data into powerful insights. You'll be the go-to person for everything from traditional media to digital and social campaigns, ensuring we're constantly maximizing our clients' return on investment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with our cross-functional teams to define clear, measurable goals and craft detailed measurement plans. You'll outline objectives, identify data sources, and determine reporting frequencies.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our technical teams to implement tracking and tags using tools like Google/Adobe Analytics and ad servers such as DCM. You'll be the one to ensure everything is working perfectly.
  • Keep a close eye on the data during campaign execution. You'll monitor ad delivery, confirm tracking tags are firing correctly, and quickly troubleshoot any issues.
  • Aggregate data from a wide range of sources—including site analytics, social listening platforms, and CRM data—into cohesive dashboards and reports.
  • Dive deep into the data to find the story behind the numbers. You'll then present your findings to internal teams and clients, helping them understand what's working and why.
  • Play a key role in evolving our analytics processes, tools, and templates to help shape the future of our agency's data strategy.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is as passionate about details as they are about the bigger picture.

Key qualifications include:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing campaigns, paid social/search, or website analytics.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics is preferred. Experience in advertising, direct marketing, CRM, or a digital background is a big plus.
  • Proficiency with website analytics platforms (Google, Adobe), ad serving systems (DCM), and data visualization tools (e.g., Datorama, Tableau).
  • You should also be highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You are detail-oriented, well-organized, and have a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
