As an Analyst at Nepa you will lead and execute production of client deliveries, ranging from data processing to generating PowerPoint (and excel) reports. You will be an integral part of our global project team.
Key responsibility areas would be as follows:- Lead and deliver projects independently with minimal supervision including negotiating timelines and managing others assigned to the project.
- Support project manager and global teams in advanced analysis and insight formulation.
- Work effectively with personnel and teams based in our global offices.
- Maintain consistent adherence to project timelines and high-quality output
- Execute operational tasks such as:
1. Field setup and management
2. Data cleaning
3. Data processing – weighing, OE coding, cross-tabulation
4. Data analysis and report generation.
Core/personal Competencies
Exceptional proficiency in oral and written English communication.
- Highly comfortable working with teams spread across the globe.
- Expertise in sampling methodologies and key market research solutions, including Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT) studies, campaign and concept testing, product evaluations, category insights, and UX research projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a foundational knowledge of SPSS for statistical analysis.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong analytical capabilities. Proven ability to train and mentor analysts, fostering skill enhancement and knowledge development.
- Committed to upholding ethical standards and maintaining integrity in business practices.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with automation techniques and process improvement methodologies will be an advantage.
- Experience working with DIY sampling platforms such as CINT is an advantage.
Experience and Education
1- 2+ years of experience in market research as an Analyst/Sr. Analyst. Bachelor’s Degree in statistics/mathematics/engineering/computer applications. Post-graduation in marketing would be an advantage
