We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Analyst Business Applications II - HCM to join our innovative team. Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable HCM solutions aligned with business needs using service-oriented architecture principles.
- Manage data integration processes utilizing ETL tools and techniques to ensure accurate and timely data flow between systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure components including cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, virtualization technologies like VMware and ESXi, and network security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing.
- Develop and support system architecture for microservices using RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Conduct system hardening, vulnerability assessments, and threat intelligence analysis to uphold information security standards across all applications.
- Automate deployment pipelines through CI/CD practices utilizing Jenkins, Git, and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to enhance development efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to system design, debugging code in languages like JavaScript, C#, Java, or Ruby on Rails; perform root cause analysis to resolve technical challenges swiftly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in cloud security or system architecture are a plus.
- Proven experience working with enterprise-level business applications within an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA), solution architecture frameworks, and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Hands-on expertise with ETL processes, SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), NoSQL databases (MongoDB), and system administration across Windows and Linux platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud computing services such as AWS or Azure; experience with virtualization (VMware/ESXi) and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell Scripting) along with DevOps tools like Jenkins or Git for automation workflows.
- Understanding of computer networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, GPOs (Group Policy Objects), load balancing strategies, firewall configurations, VPNs, and SDLC best practices.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles including vulnerability management, system hardening techniques, threat intelligence analysis, and compliance standards. Pay: $96,402.38 - $116,097.49 per year
