Job Description:

  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional accounting and finance experience, preferably in a fund administration or alternative investment firm.
  • Experience in calculating private equity or real estate waterfalls, with exposure to automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with waterfall automation processes, with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
  • Experience with fund administration software such as Yardi, Investran, Allvue, or eFront.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, VBA, or Python to enhance automation capabilities.
  • Experience with reporting tools like SSRS or Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards.
