Analyst, CRE Originations

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Analyst for our client, a Global Real Estate Investment firm. In this role, you will support the full investment lifecycle for new US Debt Originations. Working alongside senior leadership, you will play a critical role in sourcing, underwriting, and executing high-profile transactions. This is a dynamic opportunity for a professional who excels in financial modeling, due diligence, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced investment environment.

Key Responsibilitie

• sSupport the sourcing and initial evaluation of potential debt investment opportunities using market insights and internal data
• .Build and refine complex financial models, incorporating tax considerations, insurance criteria, and diverse transaction structures
• .Coordinate multi-disciplinary due diligence tracks, managing external consultants and internal specialists across legal, technical, and financial fields
• .Prepare comprehensive investment memos and presentation materials for the Investment Committee to facilitate deal approval
• .Monitor US real estate trends and capital market shifts to help shape long-term investment strategies and entry/exit recommendations
• .Support the negotiation process and manage the "closing to handover" phase, ensuring seamless transitions to Asset Management and post-closing compliance
• .Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and internal partners (Legal, Finance, Tax, and Asset Management)

Key Requirements & Skil

• lsBachelor’s degree required; a focus on Real Estate, Finance, or a related quantitative field is preferre
• d.2–3 years of relevant experience in real estate debt originations, underwriting, or investment managemen
• t.Expert-level mastery of Microsoft Excel (complex modeling) and PowerPoin
• t.Proficiency in Argus Enterprise is require
• d.Strong grasp of real estate fundamentals and complex capital structure
• s.Highly analytical with meticulous attention to detail, with exceptional written and verbal communication skill
• s.Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a high-pressure environmen
