About the role:


We’re seeking an insight-driven analyst to help clients realise the full value of TSC’s solutions. In this role, you’ll turn system outputs, market research, and client context into clear, actionable insights that demonstrate impact and support strategic decision-making. You’ll craft compelling narratives around business use cases, highlight trends and opportunities, and surface insights that drive deeper product adoption. Using a range of analytical and research tools, you’ll accelerate synthesis, deliver outcome-focused recommendations, and produce high-quality insights that showcase system value and contribute to measurable client success.


What You’ll Do

  • Analyse system data, market insights, and client context to identify meaningful patterns and opportunities
  • Translate complex findings into concise, compelling stories and recommendations for clients
  • Highlight the value delivered by TSC’s solutions through business reviews and strategic discussions
  • Use research and analytical tools to streamline insight generation and improve workflow efficiency
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Data teams to strengthen client outcomes

  • Proven ability to generate strategic, actionable recommendations
  • Experience synthesising diverse data and research sources
  • Confidence using research and analytics tools to support efficient, high-quality work

Hiring Process: The result of each interview round will be provided within 1 - 2 weeks


  • 1st round - HR + Hire Manager Interview: 30 minutes
  • 2nd round - Take-home assignment: 3 Days
  • Final round - Panel Interview/ presentation: 45 Minutes
