Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Research
  • Conduct market, competitive, and financial research to support key business decisions.
  • Build strategic insights decks, business cases, and briefing notes for the Founder/CEO.
  • Identify emerging opportunities, risks, and industry trends.
  • Special Projects Initiatives
  • Own and execute high-impact, cross-functional projects end-to-end.
  • Drive pilot programs, new product explorations, partnerships, or internal improvements.
  • Coordinate with product, business, marketing, and ops teams.
  • Business Analytics Performance Tracking
  • Create dashboards and performance reports to track KPIs across teams.
  • Analyze data to uncover insights and recommend action items.
  • Support OKR planning, execution, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Operations Execution
  • Streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare documents, investor updates, board materials, and communication for the Founder.
  • Manage priorities, follow-ups, and execution timelines on behalf of the Founder.
  • Decision Support
  • Provide structured problem-solving and analytical support.
  • Model scenarios, forecasts, and ROI analysis for strategic bets.
  • Help the Founder evaluate new ideas quickly and rigorously.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides; comfort with data tools (SQL, BI tools a plus).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work cross-functionally.
  • High ownership, curiosity, and ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, product management, or strategy roles.
  • Startup experience or exposure to founder/leadership teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with discretion.
